The aims of the Betfor Association are to enable members to renew old friendships made during service days, to organise reunions, to promote good fellowship and exchange reminiscences through our website and forum and, primarily, via the Betfor journal.

 Tom and Sara Jacobs have generously agreed to take on the task of making back copies of journals available to members. They already do sterling work in sending out the quarterly journal to members. We are very grateful to them.

 Copies are charged at £2. They are printed by a process which makes them of a higher print quality than the originals.

                                 Regional Meetings  

Local Betfor Association meetings are regularly arranged. Please try to get to one of these near you. They are usually held in a local hostelry where you can have a drink and a light lunch.

 Membership of the Betfor Association: Membership or associate membership is open to all those who served in Northern Italy between 1945 - 1954 during the period of the Allied Military Government of the Free Teritory of Trieste and  those with links to BETFOR  and Trieste.
